Steve is the Managing Partner at the law firm Litchfield Malone McDonald. He specializes in litigating and arbitrating complex claims. He represents 31 companies on this year’s Engineering News-Record Top 500 Design Firms, including 3 firms in the Top 10 and 13 in the Top 100.
Along with running a risk management firm, Zach is also an insurance broker for Design Professionals at the Insurance Office of America. He offers a practical approach to protecting design firms and spends much of his time consulting on best risk practices, quality management, and contractual issues.
